RC Elite’s Softball Organization mission is to instill in our players the ideals of excellence in academics, good sportsmanship, accountability, honesty, loyalty, courage, teamwork, and to become an active participant in the community. It is our goal that our athletes are better able to compete in life because of the successful patterns, confidence and ethical and moral principles we have helped build during their participation in our program.
